Salary: P40,000-P50,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (08:00 AM - 05:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for? 

Skills Required:  

  • 3-5 yrs of experience in Customer Service
  • A demonstrated passion and understanding for cooking
  • Knowledge of Zendesk software
  • Knowledge of SAP Business One ERP system

What will you do? 

Customer Service role that manages consumer enquiries and after sales service enquiries.

The typical customer service enquiries will cover areas such as:

  • Product knowledge and enquiries
  • Website knowledge and enquiries
  • Order tracking
  • Product Registration
  • Setting up new macros in Zendesk
  • Updating the Knowledge Centre
  • Liaison with Marketing for any new enquiries
  • Support on setting up USB device in the Cook Expert
  • Handling from time to time phone calls

The typical after sales service enquiries involves:

  • Setting up a SAN (Service Authorisation Number) and tracking the repair machine from consumer to Service Repair Engineer.
  • Having knowledge of main spare parts required for the Service repair Engineer
  • Liaison with The Service Repair Engineer.
  • Updating a tracking spreadsheet on all repairs.
  • Booking Australia Post deliveries
  • Checking Direct Freight deliveries
