This role is for an Trade Marketing Officer who reports to the Affiliate Marketing Manager. The main goal of this position is to build and manage partnerships with affiliates, influencers, and community leaders to promote our loan products for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs). The ideal candidate should have a background in digital marketing, relationship management, and performance-based marketing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Finding and Onboarding New Partners

  • Recruitment: Find and recruit high-quality affiliates like OFW influencers, bloggers, financial advisors, and other organizations. You'll also research new opportunities for growth.
  • Program Development: Propose and, once approved, implement commission structures and incentive programs to attract partners.
  • Onboarding Support: Provide new affiliates with presentations, training, marketing materials, and tools to help them get started.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on potential partners.

2. Creating and Executing Campaigns

  • Strategy: Run data-driven affiliate marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase conversions.
  • Collaboration: Work with other marketing teams to create marketing assets (e.g., social media posts, email templates) for affiliates.

3. Managing Partner Relationships

  • Communication: Regularly meet with and coordinate with existing affiliates to ensure strong relationships and optimize their performance.
  • Performance Tracking: Use affiliate tracking platforms to monitor key metrics like click-through rates and conversion rates.
  • Reporting: Create and present monthly reports on performance, including key data and suggestions for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field like marketing or business.
  • Experience: At least two years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably with financial services or fintech. Experience as a loan consultant or in partnerships is also a plus.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills are essential. You should also have a proven ability to design marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge: Must be knowledgeable about various social media channels and platforms.
  • Bonus: Experience working with OFW communities, influencers, or fintech companies is a bonus.
  • Flexibility: Must be willing to travel for fieldwork.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
