Must as Production Supervisor, should be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire production process of offset and digital printing operations. This role ensures that all print jobs are completed n time, within budget and in accordance with quality standards. The Production Supervisor leads the production team, cordinates with salees and design departments, and enusure efficient use of machines, materials and manpower. Key responsibities should plan, schedule and supervise daily production activities for offset and digital printing. Ensure al print jobs meet quality standards, specification and deadlines. Montior production workflow from pre press to printing and finishing. Resolev issues, delayes and machine related concerns promptly. Assign taskksk and manage work schedules to meet production targets. Conduct regular checks to ensure print accuracy , color consistency and finishing quality. Minimize errors and reprints , material wastage and coordinate closely with accounting for budget. Implement continuous improvement in production process. Coordinate repariss and servicing with technicians and suppliers. Recommend upgrade or replacement of equipment when necessary . Provide regular production reports includig output delayes and issues.

Must be a graduate of any related ocurse. At least have 1 to 3 years of experience as OFFSET / SUPERVISOR FOR OFFSET AND DIGITAL Printing Company. Strong knowledge of pritning process, materials and machines. Proven lleadership team management skills. Ability to work under pressure. Atention to details, must be willing to work in Project 4 QC. have a god communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php695.00 per day
