What You'll Do:

  • Supervise day-to-day production operations to ensure timely and efficient production of food and beverage products.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage production teams to meet performance and safety goals.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality control standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and maintain consistent product output.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, quality control, and logistics teams to optimize production schedules and workflows.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide training, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Track production metrics, prepare reports, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Can control labor cost and cost of goods sold.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in any four-year course.
  • With at least 2 years of experience in a production supervisor or similar role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety standards, production processes, and equipment maintenance.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with various teams and departments.
  • Willing to supervise every morning shift or night shift.
