Tax Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Prepare and submit tax reports on time to the Bureau of Internal Revenue;

o Monthly withholding tax on compensation (1601C)

o Monthly withholding tax on vendors (1601E)

o Quarterly tax reports (1601EQ/1702Q)

o Weekly issuance of 2307 to vendors

o Annual issuance of 2316 to employees

o Annual alphalist of employees and vendors (1604CF & 1604E)

o Annual registration of accounting books to the BIR

o Annual submission of inventory report to the BIR

· Prepare journal entries for the monthly tax provision;

· Ensure that the tax accounts in Balance Sheet and P&L were properly reconciled on a monthly basis;

· Assist in the application of VAT Claims with the BIR;

· Assist in the renewal of business permit with CDC and coordinate with BIR for tax matters;

· Perform other tasks related to treasury functions;

· Other tasks as directed by immediate superior.

Responsible with the government regulatory compliances – CDC/SEC/BIR

Job Specification and Qualification

Educational Attainment : Bachelor of Science in Accountancy

Training/Work Experience : At least 1 year experience related to tax and accounting functions.

Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
