Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Key Account Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, with experience in selling, particularly in the telecommunications sector. As a Key Account Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to promote and sell Converge Fiber Optic Business Plans services to residential customers.

Product: Converge Fiber Optic (SURF2SAWA)

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and motivate sales teams to consistently hit and exceed targets.
  • Develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities in assigned areas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any course.
  • Proven field sales experience.
  • Strong background in the telecommunications industry.
  • Results-oriented and target-driven leader.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
