Job Description:
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the company in the Philippines, focusing on B2B sales within logistics, warehousing, and supply chain sectors.
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities across key verticals (FMCG, retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, etc.).
- Build and nurture strong relationships with local clients, 3PL partners, and warehousing operators.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and solution proposal to negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate closely with regional and HQ teams to ensure service alignment, pricing strategy, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and market insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Represent the company in local industry events, forums, and business meetings to enhance brand presence.
Requirements:
- 5–8+ years
of B2B sales experience in
logistics, warehousing, or contract logistics
. - Proven track record in
business hunting and account growth
, with a strong existing customer network in the Philippines. - Lives in Philipphines/Willing to be relocated there.
- Proficiency in
Mandarin (spoken, reading, writing)
and
fluent English communication skills
. - Demonstrated ability to work
independently and remotely
, without immediate in-country support. - Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in
solution selling
for services such as
3PL, fulfillment, FTL/LTL, or value-added services (VAS)
. - Prior involvement in
start-up or market-entry environments
, ideally with regional or cross-border exposure. - Familiarity with multinational coordination and working within matrix reporting structures.
