Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Officer located in Carmona. The Training Officer will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs for employees, evaluating the effectiveness of existing training programs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Training Officer will also work with cross-functional teams to assess training needs, develop training materials, and deliver training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Experience in training and development, instructional design, or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to design and deliver effective training programs in a variety of formats
  • Proven experience in project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in Automotive or Manufacturing Industry is highly preferred
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and training methodologies in the industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
