Are you a strategic thinker with strong consulting expertise and a passion for solving high-impact business challenges? We are looking for a Client Consulting Manager to partner with top clients, drive strategic initiatives, and lead high-value engagements.

Role Overview

As a Client Consulting Manager, you will lead consulting engagements, deliver actionable insights, and influence strategic decisions for key clients. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, exceptional client management, and a consulting mindset—ideally from MBB (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or top-tier firms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead consulting initiatives and identify future engagement opportunities
  • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and internal stakeholders
  • Manage multiple priorities across simultaneous workstreams
  • Develop frameworks, approaches, and strategic recommendations
  • Build data-driven solutions and insights to drive client growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across marketing, sales, risk & innovation teams
  • Perform portfolio analysis using both quantitative and qualitative data
  • Produce impactful client deliverables, storyboards, and presentations
  • Transform problem statements into clear proposals with leadership guidance

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in consulting, corporate strategy, or business management
  • Strong preference for candidates from McKinsey, BCG, or Bain
  • Excellent problem-solving, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Experience managing end-to-end projects and engaging directly with clients
  • Strong ROI-driven strategic thinking; understanding of issuer P&L is a plus
  • Proficient in data visualization & data-driven storytelling
  • Ability to work in a matrixed, collaborative environment
  • High-performing, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple concurrent projects
