  1. Bridge the gap on the current status of the warehouse and central kitchen by providing recommendations and assistance to ensures that standards are met in order to achieve or maintain certifications like Good manufacturing/warehousing practices, HACCP, Quality Management System, Integrated Management System, Root Cause Analysis.
  2. Reviews investigation reports of external customer feedback in shops, vendors, logistics and commissary/ warehouse to identify opportunities for improvement
  3. Collaborates with the Quality Assurance Manager and Food Safety and Quality Audit Managers in designing and implementing an Integrated Management System.
  4. Perform regular risk assessments to identify, evaluate, prioritize risks in kitchen production
  5. Collaborate with various departments to ensure that risk management controls and procedures are effectively integrated into operations SOP
  6. Develop, document, and communicate best practices and standardized documents related to IMS
  7. Track and monitor compliance with internal and external audit recommendations and ensure corrective action actions are implemented in a timely manner
  8. Perform tasks that may be assigned by Superior

Job Requirements

  1. Shall have experience in obtaining FDA LTO, GMP, HACCP and FSSC Certification
  2. Must have 1 year experience in risk assessment and investigation of external customer feedback in food industry
  3. Knowledgeable in Quality Management and Integrated Management System
  4. Graduate of and HRIM, Food Tech, Nutrition, Biology or any related science course
