FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
Management
To manage, support and motivate the New Business Team to prioritise and develop the highest quality target business leads to achieve and exceed sales targets
To produce reports and analysis on the leads data via Salesforce/Outreach
Provide regular reporting and insights at meetings and to senior management
Recruitment support in selecting & interviewing candidates for future positions
Monitor and analyse trends, client portfolio, relevant markets, and innovation opportunities to identify new business opportunities
Sales
Identify ideal and current clients, core business, the key services we offer and the industries/areas to target for future business.
Collaborate with the sales team to execute follow-up strategies, including email campaigns and client communications. Cold/warm outreach to qualify sales leads.
Work with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals, enabling a cohesive approach to lead generation and conversion.
Develop sales organisation, processes and communication to increase sales team's efficiency and campaign power
Create detailed market intelligence reports to inform business strategy
Design & Implement sales strategies based on business requirements.
Setting weekly and monthly sales targets ensuring they are met by all team members.
Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and developments
Develop and maintain sales forecasting models
Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports to senior management
Analyse campaign performance metrics and implement improvements based on results
Systems Update and Reporting
To maintain and update Outreach/Salesforce accurately and in accordance with the data protection requirements.
To carry out data cleaning to provide accurate information and support for marketing campaigns and to increase new business opportunities.
Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
Provide detailed analysis of campaign effectiveness
Develop and maintain sales forecasting models
Team Development
Collaborate with the team and with other departments and divisions within the organisation to identify any process improvements and improve standards, efficiency and profitability.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision making
Support career progression within the team
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a telesales enablement role, preferably in service industry
3+ years of experience in managing and directing a New Business Team
Knowledge of Salesforce and Outreach systems and LinkedIn Navigator
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
Ability to write and present data driven and analytical reports at Senior Management level
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Strong understanding of email campaign strategy and execution
Team leadership and development experience
Desired Qualifications
Experience in service industry or related industry (B2B)
Data management experience
Data analytics qualifications or demonstrated expertise
