  • FIELD SALES MANAGER

I. General Purpose:

Responsible for managing the overall operations, sales performance, and profitability of the SME Branch. Ensures the achievement of business targets through effective marketing, client acquisition, operational efficiency, and strict compliance with company and regulatory standards.

II. Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise branch personnel to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Actively market the company's SME loan products and services to acquire new clients and generate business.
  • Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to grow the SME loan portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote loyalty and repeat business.
  • Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure all accounts handled by Account Officers are properly documented, verified, and processed according to company standards.
  • Validate the authenticity of collaterals, post-dated checks, and other loan requirements prior to approval and release.
  • Monitor loan releases, collections, and portfolio quality to maintain profitability and minimize risk.
  • Ensure strict adherence to credit, audit, and risk management policies.
  • Prepare and submit regular branch performance, sales, and compliance reports.
  • Coordinate with Head Office departments for marketing initiatives, operational support, and strategic alignment.
  • Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

III. Major Job Activities:

  • Conduct regular client visits and marketing efforts to promote SME loan products and generate new business opportunities.
  • Supervise and guide Account Officers in prospecting, evaluating, and processing client accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Review and verify all loan documents, collateral, and post-dated checks prior to approval and release.
  • Monitor branch performance reports on sales, loan releases, and collections to ensure targets are met and risks are managed.
  • Coordinate with Head Office and other departments for operational support, marketing initiatives, and assigned tasks.
