Job Description:

To identify and create lists of potential clients while maintaining databases of sales. To assist customers through each step of the sales process, helping them resolve any concerns or questions they may have while processing, tracking, and shipping orders efficiently.

Salary Range: PHP 25, ,000
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 9pm - 6am

Responsibilities:

  • Generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets.
  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, and by email.
  • Drive a company's product and/or service sales by actively seeking out prospects and pursuing sales opportunities.
  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
  • Researching prospects and generating leads.
  • Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
  • Building and maintaining a CRM database.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Participating in sales team meetings.

Requirements:

  • 1 - 2 years of sales experience.
  • Must have at least 6 months experience of outbound calling.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communicator.
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
