Job DescriptionJob Summary:

The Data Validation and Reporting Analyst supports the integrity of financial reports by consolidating, validating, and coordinating updates on transactions with default or missing values. The role requires frequent coordination with business units and branches, as well as preparation of progress tracking reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Review & Consolidation
  • Consolidate all transactions reported with default or incomplete values
  • Ensure the compiled records are complete and up to date
  • Data Validation
  • Review and verify if reported default values in the system have already been corrected
  • Identify discrepancies and follow up as needed
  • Coordination
  • Communicate with relevant business units or branch personnel to retrieve missing or mandatory information
  • Ensure timely and accurate resolution of data gaps
  • Report Finalization
  • Integrate all gathered and validated details into updated and accurate reports
  • Assist in compiling information for progress and compliance reports
  • General Support
  • Provide assistance in other reporting-related activities or special projects as needed by the team
