Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible in loading, unloading, and transporting goods to customers and distributors. The role ensures that products are handled with care, delivery documents are managed properly, and customer service standards are maintained during every trip. Plays a key support role in ensuring efficient and safe delivery operations.

  • Assist in loading products onto delivery trucks, including sacks of sugar, cartons, and other goods.
  • Unload products at customer sites and help arrange them as needed.
  • Ensure proper handling of items to prevent damage or contamination.
  • Accompany the driver during deliveries to assist with navigation, gate passes, and securing entry to client premises.
  • Ensure that the correct items and quantities are delivered to each customer based on delivery receipts.
  • Assist in handling delivery documents such as invoices, delivery receipts, and gate passes.
  • Represent Peotraco in a professional and respectful manner during deliveries.
  • Coordinate with customers courteously during unloading or verification of deliveries.
  • * Communicate any issues or concerns raised by the customer to the Delivery Driver or Supervisor.
  • Help with product organization and staging in the warehouse before dispatch.
  • Assist in keeping the delivery truck clean and organized before and after each trip.
  • Follow safety procedures in loading/unloading and use of lifting techniques or equipment.
  • Wear required PPE (e.g., gloves, mask, back support belt) during work.
  • Adhere to company rules and safety policies at all times.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School level or Graduate.
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items.
  • Willing to work long hours, shifting schedules, and overtime as needed.
  • Can work well as part of a delivery team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php695.00 per month
