Position Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

  • Hands-on experience in preparing shareholder ID reports is required
  • Prepare the end-to-end client shareholder ID reports, including data collection, analysis and final report generation, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Coordination with global teams, providing status updates on all project stages
  • Identifies a company's Institutional shareholders through extensive research and analysis of information made available by the bank/broker community, investment manager community and publicly available documents, in accordance with the most detailed instructions, procedures and manuals
  • Conduct a share registry analysis towards a multiple listed stock exchanges
  • Contribute in the review of operational processes and identify areas for continued improvement
  • Be able to work effectively and efficiently on various projects
  • Utilize research tools such as Bloomberg, Internet and additional databases
  • Be able to work independently on projects while sharing new information with the team
  • Be able to respond to client queries
  • Be able to undertake ad hoc tasks. Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned on as-needed basis or assisting other teams with projects

Skills:

  • Good understanding of global financial markets, including trends, regulations, and key players
  • Strong analytical, good with numbers and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in financial analysis software and tools, such as Eikon, FactSet and Bloomberg
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Enhanced MS Office knowledge, in particular MS Excel
  • Willing to work on EMEA or AMER shift, when assigned
  • Detail Oriented, Deadline driven, Initiative, Pro-active
  • Communication skills – verbal and written
  • Knowledge in Power BI would be an advantage, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php45,000.00 per month
