Test Analyst

Non Negotiable Skills:

Functional Testing which includes test case design, knowledgeable in bug trackins tools such as Jira, SQL

Job Qualification:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

· 3+ years of experience in software QA/testing

Proficiency with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA)

Experience in writing test cases and executing manual tests

Familiarity with API testing (e.g., using Postman)

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

· Preferably with UKG WFM experience

· Preferably have Test Automation experience such as Selenium and Tosca

· Preferably wth macro and visual basic

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements, user stories, and design documents to define test needs
• Write clear, detailed, and reusable test cases and test scripts
• Create test data and ensure full test coverage
• Maintain documentation related to testing processes and results
• Perform manual testing of web, mobile, or desktop applications
• Conduct various types of testing: Functional, Regression, Integration Testing and provides UAT support
• Identify, document, and prioritize software defects
• Reproduce bugs and log them using tools like JIRA
• Work closely with developers to resolve issues
• Participate in Daily stand-ups, Sprint planning and Retrospectives
• Work with developers, product owners, and designers to clarify requirements
• Advocate for quality throughout the development lifecycle
• Track and report test progress, coverage, and quality metrics
• Raise risks, blockers, or concerns early to the team or QA lead

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php55,000.00 per month
