We are hiring a Head Barista to lead our coffee bar operations. This role is responsible for maintaining coffee quality and consistency, training the team, and supporting daily operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve coffee and espresso beverages according to company standards
  • Oversee daily coffee bar operations, workflow efficiency, and quality control
  • Maintain consistency in beverage quality, taste, and presentation
  • Act as the coffee expert and provide guidance on coffee products and best practices
  • Conduct regular quality checks and ensure standards are followed
  • Train and guide baristas on coffee preparation, service standards, and equipment use
  • Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and proper care of coffee equipment
  • Monitor coffee supplies, assist in waste control, and report inventory needs
  • Collaborate with management on menu updates and coffee quality improvements
  • Support a positive and professional customer experience

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in a specialty coffee environment
  • Strong coffee preparation and equipment handling skills
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Customer-focused and detail-oriented

Location of Deployment: Tulip Dr., Talomo, Davao City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php14, Php18,000.00 per month
