DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide leadership and direction to the construction team, ensuring smooth operations across multiple construction projects.
  • Develop and implement strategic goals, policies, and procedures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of construction operations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from initiation through completion.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Lead project teams, providing support, direction, and oversight for project managers and supervisors.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Budgeting & Cost Control
  • Quality Control & Risk Management
  • Oversee safety programs to ensure a safe work environment for all employees and contractors

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: With at least 5 years in a leadership or executive role.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects across various sectors (commercial, residential, industrial, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and technology.
  • Work experience in Land Development
  • Not currently employed and can join immediately
