III. JOB SUMMARY

The Cashier is responsible for handling all customer transactions accurately and efficiently. The role ensures excellent customer service, proper handling of payments, safeguarding company funds, and maintaining accurate financial records at the end of each shift.

IV. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

 Process sales transactions accurately through cash, credit card, e-wallets, or other

modes of payment.

 Issue receipts, refunds, or change to customers as required.

 Ensure accuracy of daily sales reports and reconcile cash register at the end of shift.

 Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the cashiering area.

 Assist in answering customer inquiries and resolving billing concerns.

 Handle cash responsibly, ensuring no shortages or overages.

 Monitor and record daily sales transactions for reporting.

 Follow company policies, procedures, and cash handling guidelines.

 Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor.
