We are seeking a dedicated Senior Paraplanner to join our established team in a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to:

  • Prepare professional, high-quality SOA's quickly and accurately
  • Ensure all SOA documentation complies with licence guidelines.
  • Analyse advice and strategies to ensure they meet our Best Interest Duty.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards.
  • Review advice documents from other team members.
  • Collaborate closely with Financial Planners to develop strategy and recommendations.
  • Conduct financial modelling using Xplan.
  • Perform product research, comparisons, and data analysis for strategy formulation.
  • Manage workflow to meet service delivery standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years' experience in paraplanning, including writing complex, holistic advice.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, supported by RG146/FASEA accreditation or an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning.
  • Experience implementing holistic advice.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Australian Superannuation and Taxation Rules, and financial planning compliance.
  • A deep understanding of complex strategies, including Super, Retirement, SMSFs, Investment, Gearing, and Debt Reduction.
What We Offer:
  • Salary is negotiable based on experience
  • Personal HMO Coverage plus up to two dependents
  • 27 days leave per year – usable for sick leave, personal leave or vacation
Schedule & hours:
  • Full time, Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm (Cebu time) to align closely with Australian time.
  • Working hours are 7.5 hours (1.5 hours break built into the above times).
