Client Services Officer / Financial Planning Assistant What's in it for me? The overall objective of the Client Services Officer (CSO) is to assist Financial Advisers in gathering the data required to provide financial planning services to their clients. This includes supporting Advisers with all of the administration assistance they need to provide financial advice in a timely, regulation‑compliant manner. Proficiencies / Qualifications Bachelor's degree holder Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills Intermediate to proficient: MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint knowledge Responsibilities Work with your assigned client as a professional representative of SMSF Paraplanners Set up client files Collect data accurately on behalf of our clients – this may include phoning, investigating online, and completing various spreadsheets or forms Complete comparisons for products such as superannuation, investment, and insurance policies Prepare forms, documents, and templates with complete accuracy Prepare client reports Data input Maintain client database through required software Build solid relationships with each client assigned to you, continually looking for ways to further assist and help our clients (this may be through new services, better tools, more efficient ways, etc.) Other tasks you may assist with Assisting the management team with administrative tasks Assisting the Paraplanners with research as required If what we’re describing sounds a lot like you, hit the apply button and talk to us now For more information about our company, visit our website: Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Finance and Sales #J-18808-Ljbffr
