  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate B2B markets, including commercial, industrial, and government sectors.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proper implementation of projects.
  • Identify, approach, and recruit prospective distributors across various regions in the Philippines.
  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing distributors to support their sales efforts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with business clients
  • Conduct presentations, site visits, and product demos as needed.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies.
  • Provide input on pricing, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
  • Willing to do fieldworks
  • The applicant must be willing to relocate to Cavite for training purposes
  • Accommodation and transportation will be provided by the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in fire safety, construction, or industrial products.
  • Strong understanding of FDAS, FirePro, or related fire protection systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide and conduct fieldwork.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
