Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan and Coordinate Deliveries – Review customer orders, plan daily delivery trips, allocate resources, and ensure trucks are in good working condition in coordination with the engineering team.
  • Ensure Timely and Quality Service – Monitor delivery schedules, track team performance, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Escalate concerns or risks promptly.
  • Team Supervision and Development – Provide clear direction, assign duties, monitor work quality, and maintain team harmony. Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and implement skill development programs.
  • Operational Excellence – Enforce compliance with company policies, quality assurance procedures, and safety standards. Maintain accurate documentation, orderly stock areas, and secure record-keeping.
  • Problem Solving and Process Improvement – Analyze and resolve delivery or receiving issues, recommend cost-saving and efficiency-enhancing measures, and implement best practices for handling and preservation of goods.
  • Communication and Reporting – Serve as the primary contact for delivery inquiries, prepare and review reports for accuracy, and provide timely updates to customers and management.

Qualifications:

  • Logistics/Supply experience
  • Familiar in SKU's handling
  • Keen on details, Customer Service Satisfaction (QA skills an advantage)
  • Team Player/Builder with good interpersonal relationship skill
  • Proficient on computer applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Ability on multi task with minimum supervision.
  • Firm, Neutral and with good leadership towards co worker.
