Business Operations Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst to enhance our supplier data network and optimize our business operations. This individual will collaborate closely with suppliers and various internal teams to execute strategies that enhance efficiency, productivity, and workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate documentation submission.

  • Assist suppliers with inquiries, provide information, and troubleshoot issues to ensure a positive experience within our data network.

  • Develop, document, and implement policies, processes, and procedures to streamline operations.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support project implementation efforts.

  • Track operational metrics and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Support the coordination of organizational operations and communicate key information across departments.

  • Perform administrative tasks and coordination activities

  • Assist managers in supervising, training, and evaluating the performance of operations staff.

  • Deliver exceptional support and foster strong relationships with all external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Must be willing to work from 9 PM to 6 AM; Strictly Office-based.

  • Working knowledge of business operations principles, processes, and best practices.

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer success or consultative sales.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple follow-ups efficiently.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft tools such as Excel and SharePoint.

  • Excellent English language communication skills (both written and verbal).

  • Experience in life sciences or supply chain management is a plus.
