Business Development Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Representative to drive new business opportunities, nurture leads, and conduct discovery calls. This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to prospecting.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing Opportunities: Identify and qualify new business leads using cold calls, email campaigns, and social outreach to introduce services that solve client hiring challenges.
  • Research and Identification: Research and identify potential clients-startups, SMBs, and agencies that would benefit from hiring remote talent.
  • Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities across various industries.
  • Discovery Calls: Conduct discovery calls and identify how services can solve client hiring challenges.
  • Closing Deals: Close small to mid-sized deals independently or hand off to leadership when appropriate.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide feedback on outreach success, trends, and objections to improve targeting and pitch.

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, outbound sales, and cold calling, particularly in the US market.
  • Deal Closing Ability: Demonstrated ability to book qualified calls and close deals independently.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with neutral or US-friendly accent.
  • Rapport Building: Strong conversationalist with natural charisma and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Professional Presence: Professional on-camera presence-confident, well-groomed, and engaging in video calls.
  • Technical Requirements: Reliable, high-speed internet and a quiet work environment for calls and demos.
  • Tool Proficiency: Utilize Apollo, LinkedIn Premium, HubSpot, and other essential tools.
