JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Welcome customers to the store and make them feel comfortable.
  • Provide information about products, pricing, and after-sales services.
  • Check and maintain inventory levels.
  • Give customer feedback to the store manager.
  • Ensuring the sales area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with merchandise.
  • Addressing customer complaints or issues, and finding solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Organizing tasks and managing time effectively to handle multiple responsibilities.

QUALIFICATION:

  • At least high school grad or short vocational course.
  • Must have an experience in retail industry.
  • Has good communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and occassional days.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and build Microsoft Office and Excel.
