DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently

Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, recording payroll data

Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures

Ensure compliance with governmental laws on payroll accounting

Resolve payroll issues

Prepare the monthly report for the remittances government mandated premiums and loans

Maintain files and records


PARTICULAR JOB:


Prepare and calculate salaries and deductions of employees for the payroll for adjustment

Record the payroll adjustments, loan, staff account of employees to the payroll system

Double check the generated DTRs before payroll processing

Resolving payroll issues (e.g. late payments,adjustments)

Prepare the monthly report of the SSS, Phihealth, Pag-ibig premiums and loans; generate the report via portal (SSS & PHIC)

Monitor employees loan (SSS, PAG-BIG,Staff Account)

Prepare the alphalisting of rank & file compensation per payroll period and record to the Accounting System (monthly reconciliation)

Prepare and record the 13th month accrual per payroll period

Compute the last pay of resigned and/or separated employees

Compute SSS Sickness and Maternity benefit of employee

Record , update, monitor the list and depreciation of assets

Write the monthly Disbursements in the manual Cash Disbursement Journal book
