Job Summary:

As a Product Sales Advisor/Associate, you will play a vital role in managing both walk-in and professional clients (including architects, interior designers, engineers, etc.), guiding them through the full product selection and sales process. Your role goes beyond retail transactions — you'll support project-based specifications, provide technical input, and assist in developing long-term relationships with clients by offering exceptional service, product knowledge, and post-sale coordination.

You will be expected to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and support the client's journey from initial inquiry to product delivery and after-sales follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Product Consultation

  • Provide expert product advice both in-showroom and remotely (via email, Viber, WhatsApp, or site visits).

  • Assist clients in identifying appropriate products for residential or commercial projects.

  • Customize product presentations based on project design intent and specifications.

  • Invite and coordinate showroom tours or online consultations.

Technical & Project Coordination

  • Assist with layout options, cutting list preparation, and product technicality explanations (e.g., finishes, thickness, installation compatibility).

  • Coordinate with the technical team for site inspections and pre-installation requirements.

  • Support clients in understanding lighting compatibility, backlighting applications, adhesives, and finishes.

Sales & Account Management

  • Generate and convert leads into quotations, and maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and ongoing quotations.

  • Follow up with clients (including architects/designers) through each stage of the decision-making process.

  • Coordinate quotation approvals, layout finalization, and delivery/invoicing handoff.

Collaboration & Admin

  • Work with logistics, warehouse, and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery and handover.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of client profiles, project details, and revisions.

  • Submit reports and feedback regarding client concerns or product suggestions to marketing and operations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, project-based selling, or interior/architectural product advisory.

  • Graduate of Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields is a strong advantage.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge in SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Photoshop is a plus.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, especially when working with design professionals.

  • Capable of handling both technical and customer-facing conversations.

  • Comfortable managing multiple accounts or projects at once.

  • Willingness to work showroom hours and occasionally visit client sites.

Work Environment:

· Work in a showroom environment with high profile customer interaction.

· Spend time engaging with customers on the sales floor and online.

· Collaboration with internal teams for order fulfillment and customer service.

· Occasional travel for training, product launches, or sales events.
