  • Handling of document filing and management such as scanning and filing of documents submitted to various govt agencies (PEZA, BIR, LGUs) and auditors
  • Encoding of documents / preparation of basic schedules needed for submission to govt agencies or needed for Payroll
  • Encoding of vendor's documents for accreditation
  • Preparing the summary and collating the related Petty Cash vouchers for Petty Cash Fund Replenishment
  • Submission of documents and/or payment of fees/payables to various govt agencies within Metro Manila (transportation can either be via company shuttle or public transport/Grab/transport app with cost shouldered by the company)
  • Handling the delivery of documents for original sign off by authorized signatory
  • Ensures that the office supplies needed for filing/submission to various govt agencies are replenished
  • Receiving hard copy letters from various govt agencies and partners
  • (PEZA, BIR, LGUs, documents from auditors)
  • Preparing transmittals of submissions for sending to other sites or external parties
  • Other clerical tasks to be assigned in the future

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
