Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will support patients with prescription orders and inquiries, coordinate with pharmacy teams, and ensure accurate, compliant handling of sensitive healthcare information-delivering clarity, care, and reliability at every interaction.

Salary: PHP26,000 to PHP28,000

The Qualifications We Seek
- At least 1 year of Customer Service experience in pharmacy, healthcare, medical office, or a similar field
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
- Proficiency with computer systems and customer service software
- Empathy, patience, and a strong desire to help others
Your Daily Tasks
- Assist patients with placing prescription orders via phone, email, or other communication channels
- Liaise with the pharmacy team to confirm prescription details and ensure accurate fulfillment
- Communicate clearly with patients regarding order status, prescription questions, and general inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and prescription details
- Ensure compliance with privacy laws and healthcare regulations, including HIPAA
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Identify and escalate prescription or service issues as needed
