As a
Customer Service Representative
, you will assist clients who have experienced property damage caused by events like storms, floods, earthquakes, fires, and more. This role requires empathy, patience, and professionalism to ensure a positive customer experience.
You will also assist clients dealing with property loss due to natural disasters (e.g., s
torms, floods, earthquakes
), handling sensitive situations with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries related to property loss and insurance policies.
- Provide updates on claims and assist with documentation.
- Verify insurance coverage and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
- Undergraduates with at least 6 months of relevant experience are welcome to apply
- Minimum 6 months of customer care voice experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with a neutral accent
- Strong multitasking abilities and efficient call handling
- Good analytical and cognitive skills
- Proficient in computer typing while engaging in phone conversations
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress or emotionally sensitive situations
