Join our growing team as a key part of our Bookkeeping, Accounting & Payroll Operations Team
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who can help us stay organised, maintain accurate financial records, process payroll and reimbursements, and ensure smooth communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
What You'll Do
· Maintain and monitor the accuracy of client financial records
· Manage accounts receivable — prepare and send invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances
· Manage accounts payable — review and process bills, match receipts, and ensure timely payments to vendors
· Process payroll and employee reimbursements accurately and on schedule
· Communicate and follow up with clients for required information and approvals
· Send deliverables, reports, and invoices to clients
· Update project and task statuses in the CRM platform
· Perform bank and credit card account reconciliations
· Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting
· Maintain organised digital records and ensure compliance with company procedures
What We're Looking For
· Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, and AR/AP processes
· Familiarity with reimbursements and expense tracking procedures
· Xero and Cin7 Core proficiency or certification preferred
· Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
· Effective communication and time management
· Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment
