Job Overview:

E-TeleConnect is looking for a Spanish Bilingual Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager to join our growing healthcare BPO team. This role involves managing patient cases remotely for US-based clients, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective care coordination. You'll serve as the bridge between patients, providers, and payers — ensuring clinical accuracy, advocacy, and efficiency in care delivery.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential, as you'll interact with Spanish-speaking patients and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct clinical assessments of new patients via charts, calls, or electronic medical records.
  • Develop and maintain personalized care plans based on medical history and patient needs.
  • Educate and communicate care plans to patients and their families in Spanish and English.
  • Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other providers to schedule medical services.
  • Perform utilization reviews to ensure services meet medical necessity and payer guidelines.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
  • Document all interactions in the system and update patient records accurately.
  • Provide emotional support and serve as a patient advocate throughout the care process.
  • Collaborate with US-based healthcare teams and insurance payers to align on care delivery goals.

Qualifications:

  • PH Registered Nurse (PHRN) license – required
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English – required
  • Minimum 2 years of hospital bedside experience or at least 1 year in a US healthcare BPO setting (case management, prior authorization, or utilization review) – required
  • Strong understanding of US healthcare workflows and payer requirements
  • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple cases under time-sensitive conditions

Preferred (but not required):

  • USRN license
  • Experience with Spanish-speaking US populations
