REGIONAL HR MANAGER

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of solid HR experience, with 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong background in employee relations, recruitment, training, payroll, and labor law compliance.
  • Experience handling multiple branches or regions is an advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willing to travel frequently and be assigned to various branches in the region.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the HR operations of multiple branches or locations.

Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training programs to support manpower needs.

Handle employee relations, including grievance handling, investigations, and disciplinary actions.

Monitor branch HR staff performance and provide guidance or coaching.

Coordinate with department heads to align HR strategies with operational goals.

Oversee payroll processing, timekeeping, and benefits administration for the region.

Prepare HR reports and updates for management.

Foster a positive and productive workplace culture across branches.
