We're looking for a Developer who's eager to build seamless digital experiences across web and mobile. In this role, you'll help design, develop, and maintain Kindred's apps and web platforms—making sure they're intuitive, reliable, and scalable. From Flutter-based mobile applications to web solutions, you'll play a key role in bringing features to life that support our mission of making healthcare more accessible for women.

Key Responsibilities

  • Timely Feature Development – Deliver high-quality features on schedule, ensuring that Kindred's apps and web applications meet user expectations.
  • Cross-Platform App Development – Build and deploy robust iOS and Android applications from a single codebase using the Flutter framework.
  • Web Application Development – Develop and maintain scalable, performant web applications using
  • Clean & Efficient Coding – Write maintainable and readable code in Dart and JavaScript/TypeScript, following best practices for coding standards.
  • Comprehensive Documentation – Produce clear and thorough documentation to support the development process and future iterations.
  • UI/UX Implementation – Apply UI design principles to create intuitive and user-friendly mobile and web applications that align with Kindred's brand and user experience goals.
  • Problem Solving – Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Code Quality Assurance – Maintain the highest standards of code quality, striving for minimal bugs and optimal app/web performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in JavaScript frameworks, web development, and mobile app development with a focus on data-centric applications.
  • Strong knowledge of the Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
  • Experience with REST APIs and integrating them into mobile and web applications.
  • Familiarity with object-oriented programming languages such as C++ and Java.
  • Proven experience in developing high-quality mobile apps natively for both Android and iOS platforms.
  • Deep understanding of app and web architecture and best practices for full-stack development.
  • Proficient in version control tools like Git and Subversion, and experienced with IDEs such as VS Code and Android Studio.
  • Strong debugging and testing skills to ensure app and web reliability and performance.
  • Deep understanding of Agile Scrum principles and practical experience working within Scrum teams.
  • Knowledge of progressive web apps (PWAs), AWS and GCP DevOps, Firebase, and experience in performing code reviews as part of the CI/CD process.
