About the Role

Join our dynamic Technology & Digital Solutions team as a Web Back-End Developer

You'll design, develop, and deploy software enhancements that power high-performing web platforms. This is your chance to work on cutting-edge Sitecore Headless solutions, Azure Cloud deployments, and Coveo Search integrations—all while collaborating in an Agile environment with top tech professionals.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and deploy back-end solutions that meet business needs.
  • Configure and implement Coveo for Sitecore, including indexing, field mapping, and pipeline setup.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Sitecore solutions on Azure PaaS.
  • Build scalable APIs and integrations supporting headless Sitecore (JSS, GraphQL) applications.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers, testers, and product owners in agile sprints.
  • Participate in releases, code reviews, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD).

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years' experience in back-end web development or similar role.
  • Proven expertise in Sitecore 10.3+, C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML5, and Azure.
  • Hands-on experience with Git Flow, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodology.
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Marketo integration or marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with CXM operations, personalization strategies, and content modeling.
