2. Artistic & Technical Skills

  • Strong hand-drawing and digital painting abilities, capable of independently creating:

  • Character & environment concepts

  • UI icons and interface elements
  • Proficient in tools such as Photoshop, SAI, and other mainstream illustration software.
  • Comfortable designing in various styles: anime, Western, low-poly, and realistic.
  • Solid understanding of color theory, perspective, and dynamic expression.

3. Professional Expertise

  • Familiar with UI animation logic in Unity or Unreal Engine.
  • Able to collaborate with engineers to optimize UI and motion implementation.
  • Versatile in adapting to different art styles (e.g., sci-fi, fantasy, traditional Chinese, etc.).
  • Knowledge of AI-assisted design tools like MidJourney or Stable Diffusion as part of the concept ideation process.

4. Soft Skills

  • Strong communication skills, able to clearly convey design intentions across disciplines.
  • High stress tolerance and ability to thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments.
  • Passion for visual storytelling and pushing creative boundaries in gaming.
