Complete tasks within set deadlines and deliver high quality work in a timely manner. Manage workload effectively to meet multiple project deadlines without compromising quality. Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve artistic techniques. Qualifications & Skills: Proficiency in using softwares such as Adobe Photoshop, Aseprite Strong understanding of the fundamentals of animation. Strong understanding of composition, color theory, lighting, and perspective. Proven experience as a Pixel Artist or similar role in game development. Strong portfolio showcasing pixel art and animations. Knowledge of sprite sheets and frame-by-frame animation. Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and other artists.
