JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Coordinates with Sales and collates delivery trips ;
  • Prepares cost-efficient trip plans;
  • Dispatches drivers, helpers and vehicles to use on delivery trips;
  • Provides updates to sales and operations on delivery status as needed;
  • Schedules and monitors preventive maintenance, repairs and maintenance and fuel consumption of delivery vehicles;
  • Sources for providers or suppliers for vehicle maintenance works and secures quotation for maintenance works;
  • Manages relationship with drivers and helpers
  • Keeps complete documentation of trips, fuel monitoring and and maintenance works.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of any 4-year Course;
  • at least a year of experience in dispatch / logistics function;
  • familiar with routes in Southern Tagalog Area
  • good knowledge of route
  • good oral and written communication skills;
  • with good interpersonal skills;
  • ability to take initiative and work independently;
  • well-verse in MS Office;
  • Trustworthy, with unquestionable integrity;
  • Willing to work for extended hours / on weekends / on holidays if necessary.
