PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conducts weekly random inventory checks and spot audits for stores. Reconcile physical inventory results with data encoded in PRIME.
  • Documents inventory discrepancies (missing, mislabeled, or incorrect entries).
  • Monitors actual items processed in the Commissary and compares them to PRIME adjustments.
  • Verifies regular inventory counts against shipping and receiving logs.
  • Prepares weekly spot audit reports.
  • Guides inventory staff on correct PRIME transaction entries and contra accounts.
  • Reviews yielding and production-related reports.
  • Adds new item entries in PRIME.
  • Finalizes PRIME inventory transactions for stores and commissary.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably in Business.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Computer literate.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Proficient in accounting systems and related software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
