Job Overview

A QC Specialist will ensure the accuracy and quality of documents, processes, and outputs while providing essential administrative support to maintain operational standards.

Qualifications
  • At least College Level
  • Must be computer savvy
  • Focused and detail-oriented
  • Effective in analyzing relevant information
  • Has good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Manages own time effectively
  • Works with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
  • Perform quality checks on documents, reports, and deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established guidelines
  • Review and proofread written materials for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting errors
  • Verify data accuracy and completeness through data analysis and cross-referencing
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and address quality issues, providing recommendations for improvement
  • Maintain records and documentation related to quality check processes and findings
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, organizing meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism
  • Support the team in maintaining a productive and efficient work environment

  • Full-time Employment
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM
  • Fixed weekends off
