Ceres Summit Corporation, one of the leading manufacturing experts in Food, Pharma-Galenical, Cosmetics, and Home Solutions in the Philippines is in need of an experienced QA/QC Analyst.

Education & Experience Requirement:

  • A graduate of a vocational or formal course in Culinary Arts, preferably with practical experience in baking, beverage preparation, or ice cream making.
  • Basic knowledge of preparation techniques, laboratory testing, and food safety principle.
  • Detail-oriented with strong skills in accuracy, cleanliness, and procedural compliance.
  • Capable of following laboratory protocols, formulations, and documentation requirements.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Physically fit and willing to work in a laboratory or pro.duction environment, depending on operational needs.
  • Willing to be trained.

Basic Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Product Development Specialist in the preparation, testing, and evaluation of food, beverage, and ice cream formulations for product trials, quality monitoring and application testing.
  • Support the conduct of laboratory analyses, sensory evaluations, and formulation trials following approved R&D protocols.
  • Perform food preparation, baking, cooking, and beverage mixing as required during testing and development phase.
  • Participate in product improvement and validation activities, including data collection, report preparation, and sensory or application demonstrations.
  • Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and sanitation of all laboratory areas, including the QC Lab and retention storage areas.
  • Wash, clean, and sanitize laboratory equipment and utensils after use, ensuring proper handling and storage..
  • Comply strictly with Good Manufacturing Practices, laboratory safety rules, and food hygiene procedures at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
