SANITATION INSPECTOR: [EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES] [FULL-TIME | CONTRACTS OF SERVICE] [QUEZON CITY LGU]

Job Summary:

Responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and enforcing compliance with environmental sanitation and waste management regulations, on a shifting schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field inspections on assigned shifts (morning, afternoon, or night) to monitor compliance with sanitation and waste disposal ordinances.
  • Observe, document, and report violations related to improper waste disposal, illegal dumping, and non-compliance with segregation requirements.
  • Coordinate with enforcement units and barangay officials for immediate action on observed violations.
  • Prepare inspection reports, violation notices, and other required documentation.
  • Verify and monitor waste collection activities and street sweeping operations on assigned shifts.
  • Participate in special operations, environmental cleanups, and other assignments as directed.
  • Maintain records of inspections and enforcement actions.
  • Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety protocols during field operations.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four-year course.
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
  • Good communication, observation, and report-writing skills.
  • Physically fit to perform field inspections.
