  • Expected salary: ₱20,000 - ₱25,000 per month

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Technical or Vocational courses
  • Preferably with Processing Technician experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Preferably with trainings in: Manufacturing Operations, 5S, GMP, ISO, HACCP, Preventive Maintenance

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Timely blending of fish sauce, soy sauce and vinegar in the Blending Area based on Blending formulations
  • Ensure high material yields, eliminating problems that causes wastage
  • Ensure the right amount of product to be transferred to the Bottling Lines to avoid downtime due to lack of product
  • Cooking of Bagoong Isda and Soy Sauce
  • Mixing of all ingredients and preservatives to produce the right product for the scheduled SKU in the Production Line
  • Preparation of Brine solution for blending of Soy Sauce and as CIP medium.
  • Coordinates with Quality Control Inspector on the supply of ingredients and preservatives for fish sauce, soy sauce, vinegar and bagoong isda blending or cooking
  • Ensures blending formulations being used are accurate and updated. 100% compliance to product formulations standard
  • Partners with QA Specialist in quality control of all incoming Raw Materials (RM) from internal and external sources
  • Preparation of CIP medium and Brine for Clean-In-Place / Sanitation of tanks, pipes and Bottling Lines
  • Performs CIP in the area and supply CIP medium in the Bottling Room
  • Conducts root cause analysis of any Blending problems and implement long term measures to prevent recurrence
  • Performs preventive maintenance on the machines based on Total Preventive Maintenance Program
  • Performs troubleshooting and repair of machines in the Blending area.
