Job Description

We are seeking a Project Monitoring & Documentation Assistant to join our team. The role involves assisting in site monitoring, reports, and documentation to support smooth coordination across our ongoing projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track daily site activities and overall project progress
  • Prepare and manage project documentation (permits, RFIs, RFQs, reports, billings, minutes of meetings, etc.).
  • Assist in processing Building & Occupancy Permits and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers on deliverables.
  • Submit consolidated reports and progress updates for management review.
  • Support in minimizing project delays through proper monitoring and timely documentation.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Civil Engineering or related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience (Project Coordinator Assistant, Site Admin, or similar role).
  • Familiarity with construction processes and documentation preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willing to be assigned to project sites to various project sites as required.
