Finance Assistant - Entry level

Location: Ayala Malls Manila Bay, Parañaque City

Work Setup: Hybrid (Monday – WFH, Tuesday–Friday – Onsite, Saturday work only if required)

Schedule: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to support our finance operations. This role is ideal for candidates with basic accounting knowledge and a strong interest in growing their career in finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle basic accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and financial records with accuracy.
  • Assist in preparing vouchers, receipts, and financial reports.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Render overtime if necessary, particularly during month-end and year-end closing.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative support (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, AP, AR, and reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, spreadsheets, data analysis).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Willingness to work onsite as required.
  • Team player with good communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with accounting software (Xero or similar).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting systems.
