Planner/Scheduler

1.Prepares project master schedule in conjunction with QS, PM and OM inputs/requirements including catch-up schedule.

1. Prepares schedule in Primavera or MS Project format as required by the project.

2. Prepares report of works slippage, early works and provide its cost and schedule impact to the project.

3. Participate in the preparation of project dashboard in coordination with PM and OM. Prepares weekly/monthly project progress percentage accomplishments and identify delays/slippage and its impact to the project budgetary plan.

4. Organize, implement and maintain scheduling management system supporting identified projects and plans.

5. Assist to set up task and sub tasks to ensure satisfactory realization of project contract requirements as scheduled.

3.Log project time-lines and maintain database of tasks and its status.

4.Log all new information into database and provide scheduled reports for contract coordination and reporting purposes.

5.Interact with customer and project staff to schedule work and coordinate requirements. 6.Design and develop project schedule.

7.Interact with project team and task managers to define scope of work to develop and update detailed schedules, cost information and identification of variances from original plan.

8.Evaluate project schedule progress and performance and identify developing problem areas.

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
