Qualifications Requirements (Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Behavior):

  • College Graduate
  • Vocational or technical training in logistics, warehousing, or inventory control is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data recording
  • Knowledge of basic inventory management and documentation practices
  • Ability to operate a computer, especially Excel or Google Sheets
  • Good Communication and coordination skills
  • Able to assist with material handling when necessary
  • Honest, reliable, and organized.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime, if required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Major Duties:

  • Track all materials entering and exiting the warehouse.
  • Record and encode material movement in logs, spreadsheets, or inventory systems.
  • Prepare and verify documents such as delivery receipts, material issuance slips, return forms, and stock cards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and alert the supervisor when stocks fall below minimum levels.
  • Coordinate with warehouse personnel and purchasing to ensure timely material availability
  • Assist in periodic physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of materials.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of documentation and records.
  • Follow established protocols for receiving, storing, and dispatching materials
  • Reports any issues with damaged, missing, or excess materials to the logistic officer.
  • Support general warehouse operations as needed.
  • May require standing, lifting, and moving materials
