We are looking for a highly motivated Site Architect to join our growing team. The Site Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural works on-site, ensuring design implementation aligns with approved plans, and coordinating with engineers, contractors, and suppliers. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a real-world construction environment.

• Assist in supervising and inspecting construction activities to ensure compliance with architectural plans and specifications.
• Monitor progress of architectural works on-site, reporting any issues or delays to the Project Architect or Site Manager.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve site-related architectural concerns.
• Ensure all architectural elements are implemented according to building codes, safety regulations, and design standards.
• Review and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material samples.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
• Participate in site meetings and provide updates on architectural progress.
• Assist in quality assurance and quality control of finishes and architectural detailing.
• Help identify design discrepancies and propose practical solutions on-site.
• Support other architectural and design team members as needed.

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (or equivalent)
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge of architectural design, construction methods, and building regulations
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant design software
• Strong attention to detail and a good sense of design and materials
• Willing to work on-site and adapt to fast-paced construction environments
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Willing to travel or relocate, depending on project location

• Knowledge of local building codes and construction standards
• Experience from OJT or internships in construction or architectural firms
• Licensed Architect or in the process of licensure (PRC board passer or board exam candidate)
